Previously, Smile Engineer™ has consulted for companies such as Biohorizons, Vulcan Dental, NDX nSequence, SICAT, Hu-Friedy, 3Shape & Simplant. He holds a Ph.D. in mechanical and electrical engineering from North Carolina State University with his dissertation focus in the Design of a Space-Based Electrostatic Antenna with Variable Power Density and Pointing.
Dr. Stanley also holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina and post-graduate certifications from the AAID, AGD, ABOI, ICOI, among others. He also teaches as an adjunct professor of prosthodontics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.
