Creating Confidence

In this course, Dr. Robert Stanley, the Smile Engineer, will guide doctors through choosing a final restoration type, ISQ testing, impression techniques, and optical scanning options for implant restorations.

Doctors will practice hands-on traditional and digital impression techniques on models.

Essentials 3 content will build on previous sessions, exploring single unit implant restorations, implant maintenance, complications, and more.

This final session of the Stanley Institute Implant Continuum will leave doctors confident to plan, place, and restore single unit dental implants in their practice.

FAQ's

Doctors who have taken Essentials 1 and Essentials 2 are encouraged to sign up for this final course in the Stanley Institute implant continuum.

Assistants are encouraged to attend Essentials 1, where they learn how to become an implant coordinator. There are no break-out sessions for assistants in Essentials 3. This course is designed for doctors.

This course includes: two full days of continuing education content (16 hours of CE total). We provide participants with course literature and hands-on training exercises. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days, as well as a Friday evening social dinner.

We designed the continuum to build on itself, from Essentials 1 through to Essentials 3. Information covered in Essentials 1 and 2 will not be reviewed in this course; we recommend doctors complete the entire Stanley Institute continuum.

At Stanley Institute, we know it is not always possible to travel, which is why many courses at Stanley Institute are offered online. This course is offered both as a live-stream (day of) and as a pre-recorded online video course.

If you’re eager to continue to expand your knowledge of dental implants, we recommend taking our full-mouth course. Additionally, if you would like to know more about how to run your dental office as a profitable business, we recommend the Dental Entrepreneurial Summit. Learn more about these courses here.

Courses at Stanley Institute help you work towards an ICOI fellowship. Upon completion of the Stanley Institute curriculum and Full Mouth Course, you qualify for fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
